Shipping Policy

At MachineDesigns, we are dedicated to providing our customers with timely and cost-effective shipping options. Here are our guidelines:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is made (excluding weekends). Please note this does not include holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping; however, shipping rates may vary depending on the destination and the size of the package. Customs duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product arrives damaged or if your package was shipped out but never arrived, please contact us at luke@aperturevisuals.net. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please remember that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and are not reported in a timely manner, or lost/stolen packages.
